THE EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT) IS AN APPROACH TO HEALING THAT HAS GAINED ATTENTION FROM MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND LAYPERSONS ALL OVER THE WORLD AND OFTEN GETS RESULTS WHEN NOTHING ELSE HAS WORKED.


Developed by Gary Craig of www.emofree.com (although its origins derive from Chinese medicine), the success of EFT lies in the balancing of the body’s subtle energies that flow through the body, in much the same way as blood flows through the veins. This balancing is done with an elegant sort of ’emotional acupressure’ where instead of using needles, specific points on the body are tapped with the finger tips.The technique uses the end points of major meridian channels and the two governing vessels found in Chinese medicine. It has been observed that by tapping on these points while focusing on the problem, a release takes place, clearing the physical or emotional pain being worked on.
